FLAVORS
MADO en Provence rosé has a pale pink color with melon reflections. On the nose, floral notes blend with citrus fruits.
The palate is elegant, marked by aromas of grapefruit and lemon zest, bringing a pleasant slight bitterness. Lots of freshness in this rosé.

Rosé Mado en Provence makes a perfect aperitif. The wine goes well especially with salads, fishes and grilled meats. Best served at a temperature of 8° to 10° C.

PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION OF WINE
MADO en Provence rosé is certified appellation Coteaux varois en Provence. The vineyard is located on north side of the Saint Baume massif. The climate is quite harsh and the locality is affected by severe winters. Local soils are mainly clay-limestone in composition. Vinification is carried out using the know-how, methods and techniques of the Vins Breban company and its partners.
